Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance is permitted. Upon termination for cause, okbst reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit all balances, including Real Money Balance, where permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered payment method.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting okbst support. Before closure is completed, any remaining Real Money Balance must be withdrawn or forfeited. Accounts closed by the Player may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification, provided the account was not closed under a Self-Exclusion arrangement.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the okbst Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit formal complaints to the okbst customer support team at [email protected]. okbst will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account prior to the effective date of the changes. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
